the Forensic Trio, Inc., provides expert forensic services to law firms and parties of litigation. the Forensic Trio, Inc. takes its corporate name from the three participants of any forensic event, they are the scene, the witnesses, and the evidence. Each interact with each other where "Something is taken, something is left", ergo, the basic logic of forensic event reconstruction.

Max Scott, the CEO, has 1485 hours of certified training and testing at the Center for Public Safety, formerly known as the Northwestern Traffic Institute, of Northwestern University, IPTM of the University of North Florida, SAE, Evidence Photographers International Council (EPIC) and other institutions of the forensic sciences.

Training includes crime scene forensics, blood stain interpretation, ballistics, numerous areas of motor vehicle accident reconstruction such as accidents with pedestrians, motorcycles, occupant kinematics, tire and lamp forensics, forensic photography and photogrammetry, and other forensic sciences.

Mr. Scott's 32 years of experience includes the investigation and reconstruction of over 3100 civil and criminal cases, at least 1700 of which involved fatalities in motor vehicle accidents, and homicides and other crimes of violence. Mr. Scott has testified as an expert in over 300 court cases in numerous states.

Several computer programs are used for accident reconstruction, crime scene reconstruction and diagramming via photogrammetry. the Forensic Trio maintains an extensive forensic library.

The staff has bilingual English/Spanish capabilities.
